摘要
通过对5种配比的珍珠岩与腐殖土比较研究,发现1:1比例最适合百合鳞片扦插繁殖种球;2℃~4℃的低温处理及切去鳞片顶端处理均有利于扦插百合鳞片繁殖系数的提高,冷贮处理还可促进鳞片所生籽球抽生地上叶,及早进行光合作用。去顶处理提高扦插繁殖系数的内在生理机制有待进一步研究。
This experiment compared the effects of five various ratios between perlite and humus,and the result shows that the ratio 1:1 is the best one for the rapid propagation of lily by cutting. Meanwhile the Propagation index can be increased by cutting the top of squama. Treating the bulb at 2℃ -4℃ can improve the ability of propagation, also the shooting rate of young bulb of lily.
