Countermeasure and Suggestion on Cereal Production After China's Entry Into WTO

中国已跨入世贸组织的大门,这意味着中国将按国际规则逐步开放国内粮食市场,国内粮食生产面临世界粮食市场的冲击与挑战。在WTO游戏规则下,分析目前粮食生产现状,提出采取降低粮食生产成本,建立有效的粮食储备系统、促进粮食企业改革和完善粮食流通体制等措施来引导我国粮食生产的积极发展。

China'sentry into WTO means that the Chinese grain-market has to be open gradually according to international rules, so the production of cereals will face great challenge grom the international grain market. In order to help and instruct the production of cereals in China, the paper analyzed present situation of cereal production and put forward counter measures and suggestion based on the regulations of WTO, such as decrease the cost of production, set up efficiency system of grain reserve, rego-rm the grain enterprise and improve circulative system.
