摘要
为探讨异丙嗪治疗氯氮平所致流涎的疗效,选取98例男性病人,单服氯氮平后出现流涎副反应,用异丙嗪(25～50mg/日)治疗。结果,有效率100％,治愈率33～60％,副作用不明显。提示,小剂量异丙嗪可作为治疗氯氮平所致流涎症状的一种方法。
In order to inquire into the curative effect of promethazine in the treatment of salivation produced by clozapine, 98 male patients who had salivation after singly taking clozapine were selected and treated with promethazine (25-50mg/day). Result:The effective rate was 100%,cure rate 33 -60%,and side effect not obvious. These suggested that small dosage promethazine could serve as one method treating salivation produced by clozapine.
