癔症患者心理分析及健康教育

摘要 本文采用艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)、住院病人观察量表(NOSIE)对34例住院癔症患者进行心理分析。结果显示:EPQ因子分均高于常模(P<0.05),量表中的治疗前后各项目等级均有显著差异性(P<0.001)。提示,癔症患者急性发作大多数经治疗可迅速恢复,虽经反复发作,一般不出现精神衰退和社会功能下降,个性或个体的心理素质对癔症的发病有重要的影响。加强癔症患者健康教育对巩固治疗,提高病人的生活质量,防止复发具有重要意义。 Psychological analysis were made in 34 in-patient patients with hysteria using EPQ and NOSIE. Results:Factor's scores of EPQ all were higher than that of norms (P<0. 05),there were obvious significance in the degree score of all items between pre-and post-treatment(P<0. 05). Patients who showed acute onset could immediately recover after treatment;although recurrenttly attack,in common did' nt have mental deterioration and the decrease of social function; personality or individual psychological diathesis played an important role in the onset of hysteria. Enhancing healthy education has important significance to consolidate treatment, raise living quality and provent recurrent.
