摘要
对1997年5月至1997年10月在我院内科门诊就诊以主诉头痛、头晕、失眠、多梦、记忆力减退、情绪不稳、心悸、气短等症状的患者135例采用症状自评量表(ScL-90)进行筛查。结果,各因子分≥3分者41例(30.4％),总分超过160分者74例(54.8％)。精神科医师按CCMD-2-R进行诊断,发现抑郁症22例(16.3％)、焦虑症12例(8.9％)、神经衰弱35例(25.9％)、其它7例(5％)。说明综合医院门诊中存在大量精神心理疾病患者,由于综合医院门诊医师多缺乏精神科专业知识,易造成误诊,提示综合医院医师应加强精神科专业知识培训。
135 patients who chiefly complained headache, dizziness, insomnia, dreams, decrease of memory, emotional lability, palpitation, short breath and so on in medical outpatient service of our hospital from May to October 1997 were screened using Sc1-90. Results;41 (30. 4%) showed all factor's scores≥ 3,74(54. 8%) total score more than 160. According to psychopathist diagnoses(CCMD-2-R) ,22 were diagnosed as depression(16. 3%), 12 anxiety (8. 9%), 35 neurosis(25. 9%) and 7 the others (5%). These showed that there were many patients with mental and psychological disease in the outpatient service of general hospital, because these doctors lack prefessional knowledge of psychiatry ,misdiagnosis were easily made,which suggested the training of prefessional knowledge of psychiatry should be enhanced to doctors of general hospital.
