摘要
诱导大盐湖卤虫 (Artemia .francisana)和东营卤虫 (Artemia.sinina)产休眠卵 ,作为研究对象探讨了最适终止滞育的方法 ,结果表明 :用 2 0℃冰冻 2 0d ,3%的H2 O2 15min处理对大盐湖卤虫休眠卵最有效 ,而4℃下饱和卤水浸泡 2 5d对东营卤虫休眠卵最有效。研究还发现在不同盐度和温度的组合培养条件下得到的休眠卵 ,用同一种终止滞育方法处理后 。
We measured the influence of specific diapause deactivation methods and inducing conditions on the hatchability of Artemia cysts produced in lab.The results showed that the best diapause deactivation methods for Artemia francisana cysts is to be frozen at 20 ℃ for 20 days,then marinated in 3% H 2O 2 for 15min;The best method for Artemia sinina cysts is to be marinated in saturated salt water for 20 days There are various hatchabilites of Artemia cysts produced under 9 salinity temperature combinations
