Clearing System of International Railway Passenger Transportation

随着信息技术的迅猛发展以及铁路运输体制改革的逐步深入,原有的国际旅客运输清算模式已无法满足铁路运输发展的需要。根据中国铁路和国际旅客运输清算办法、规则,以及国际铁路旅客运输信息化要求,就国际旅客运输清算项目、数据流程、资金结算模型、系统功能结构进行系统的研究,为我国国际铁路旅客运输清算系统的建立提供了理论依据。

With the rapid development of information technology and progressive achievements of railway transportation system reform, the former international passenger clearing system has fallen behind the requirement of railway transportation development. According to the clearing method and regulation of Chinese railways and international passenger transportation and the requirement of informationization of international railway passenger transportation, systemic research on the clearing item, data flow, clearing model, system function and structure has been conducted, which provides theoretic foundation for establishment of international passenger transport clearing system.
