摘要
本文对有上腹疼痛、包块和黄疸的22例经手术确诊的病例,以 B 超引导作了经皮胰腺穿刺细胞学检查,12例胰腺癌11例阳性,术前细胞学确诊率91.7%,2例慢性胰腺炎涂片只见少量淋巴细胞。
Cytologic examination by percutaneous punture of pancreas guided ult-
rasonicallyg were performed in 22 patients who suffer from upper abdominal ache,
tumour and jaundice,in which diagnosis of all cases was confirmed by operations.
Before operation,the diagnostic rate on pancreatic cancer was 917.％(11/12).
On all patients,two cases with chronic pancreatitis,only a few lymphatic cells
was seen microscopically in smear.
