本文介绍福州市已完成和正在建设中的闽江下游北港北岸防洪工程 ,闽江下游北港南岸建新防洪堤工程和闽江下游南港桔园洲防洪堤工程等 3个防洪工程的建设情况 ,以及结合福州市所进行的城市环境建设 :堤路结合、风光景点、经济发展亮点、桥梁飞架。

The paper introduces the construction conditions of three flood control projects to be completed and under construction in Fuzhou City.These three projects are the flood control project on the northern bank of Beigang in the down reaches of the Minjiang River,newly built flood control embankment project on the southern bank of Baigang down reaches of the Minjiang River and Jieyuanzhou flood control project of Nangang on the down reaches of the Minjiang River.At the same time,it combines the urban environmental construction made in Fuzhou City:combination of embankments and roads,landscape points,new points of economic development,bridge construction,construction in new districts etc.
