G-带染色体自动分析之研究与临床应用

The Study and Clinical Applicatipn of Automatic Analysis of G—Banded Chromosome

本文系利用微机染色体自动分析程序,对20个细胞中期分裂相,进行了430次分析,通过分析,观察到本程序的优点为①功能多:能切割、划中钱、拉直、自动配对分组,并通过人机对话进行易位、倒位以纠正配对错误等功能;②运行速度快:平均每个细胞之分析时间为6分43秒;较人工操作快6～7倍;③经预处理后图像清晰;④自动分析正确率较高,对分析错误者,可迅速用易位等方法纠正。

The authors described a system for automatic chromosome image analysis by computer.The chromosomes from 20 metaphases were analysed for 430 times. This system revealed advantages as fallows:(1)multifunctioning for chromosome analysis,such as segmentation、axis fitting、centromere finding,straigtening and karyotyping of chromosomes.(2)The operating procedures were 6-7 times faster than manual methods.(3)The chromosome images were clear enough for diagnosis and discussion.(4)The accuracy rate of this system was 73.54％.
