神经生长因子治疗脑外伤临床观察

Clinical Observation on Brain Trauma Treated by NGF

报告应用神经生长因子(NGF)治疗31例脑外伤疗效观察结果。NGF 由水囊引产的人胎脑中提取,制成2ml 安瓿注射液肌肉注射。结果:痊愈率100%。以病程短,轻、中型者疗效最佳。还观察到 NGF 对脑外伤后的大多数神经损伤表现均有作用,尤对弥漫性脑损伤表现疗效最明显。认为其治疗机理可能与 NGF 在脑外伤后促进神经纤维增生,预防神经坏死有关。结果表明 NGF,治疗脑外伤疗效确切且未发现不良反应,在脑外伤患者中可广为应用。

This paper reported 31 cases with brain traums treated by Nerve Growth Factor(NGF),among them 26 cases were recovered.The study showed that the curative rate was 100％,and satisfactory especially for the slight or moderate pa- tients or the patients with shorter illness duration.The authors think the mechan- ism of treatment maybe NGF can provote nerve fibers to regenerate,improve the activity of nerve transmitters,and prevent the necrosis of neurous after brain trauma.
