简易定向钻颅血肿碎吸术治疗高血压脑出血32例分析

Analysis of 32 Cases of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage Treated by Simple Sterotactic Twist Drill Fragmenting Aspiration

我们采用大连医学院开展的简易定向钻颅碎吸术治疗高血压脑出血方法,同时术中血肿腔加以冲洗。对治疗病例进行分析后,认为此法简单易行,损伤性小,能达到清除脑内血肿的目的,适应广泛开展。

32 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were treated by simple and easy stercotactic twist drill fragmenting aspiration.The post-operative results: 25 cases showed marked improvement,7 cases died(mortality 21.4%),in which 3 cases died of different kinds of complications,2 cases showed rebleeding(reble- eding rate was 6.25%).The relations between results and age,location and qua- ntity of hematoma,severity of disease,were analysed.The timing of operation. the position of puncture,decreasing frequency of exploratory puncture,rema- ined clots rinsed with UK after operation,were commented in this paper. Fragmenting aspiration is quite simple operation and its complication is less,thus it is better method for treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
