小儿棉酚中毒严重低钾致房室传导阻滞六例报告

Atrioventricular Block due to Severe Hypokalemia caused by Gossypol in Toxicosis in 6 Children

笔者于1984～1988年间,收治小儿棉酚中毒性低血钾综合征46例,其中6例因严重低钾所致房室传导阻滞(简称 AVB)。本文对6例患儿从症状、体征、辅助检查、治疗与转归作了叙述。并对低钾所致的 AVB 的病因,发病机理,诊断与治疗进行了讨论。

From 1984 to 1988 we had treated 46 children with hypokalemia syndrome ca- used by gossypol intoxicosis,of them 6 cases complicated with atrioventricular block This paper describes symptom,sign,supplemental examination,treatment and progno- sis in 6 cases;besides,their aetiology,mecanismus,diagnosis and treatment were discussed.
