气体处理抑制过共晶铁水粗片初生石墨的研究

摘要 从过共晶碳饱和高炉铁水中捞取粗片初生石墨以研空Ar、CO_2、N_2和O_2抑制粗片初生石墨的能力。根据扫描电镜观察结果,氮原子改变了石墨晶体的生长方式,抑制了晶体的长大速度。 The ability of Ar, CO2, N2 and O2 to restrain thick laminal primary graphite has been studied quantitatively by means of taking thick laminal primary graphite from supersaturated hypereutectic molten iron.The result shows that the effect on restraining thick laminal primary graphite is clear by blowing Ar and CO2, but the effect is more vigonous by blowing N2 and O2
