摘要
利用分步等体积浸渍的方法 ,从蒽醌法生产双氧水的角度 ,制备了系列氢化催化剂 .同时 ,利用TPR ,XRD和TEM等技术 ,考察了第 4周期过渡金属对Pd/γ Al2 O3 催化剂活性的影响 .结果表明 ,铁系元素和锌助剂有利于钯在载体上的分散 ,提高了Pd的催化活性 ,使氢化效率提高 5 %~ 16 % 。
Pd/ γ Al 2O 3 catalysts promoted with transition metals for anthraquinone hydrogenation to H 2O 2 were prepared by impregnating γ Al 2O 3 pellets with aqueous solutions of transition metal nitrates and PdCl 2 successively. The effect of the transition metals on the catalytic activity of catalysts was studied by means of TPR, XRD, TEM, and so on. It was concluded that Fe and Zn are good promoters for Pd/ γ Al 2O 3 in the reaction. The promoters Fe and Zn can improve the interaction between Pd and support, disperse Pd on the surface of the support effectively, enhance the catalytic activity of the catalysts, as well as increase the hydrogenation efficiency by 5%~16%.
