摘要
在流体并流向上的气液固三相固定床反应器中考察了多种硫化物对负载Pd催化剂上异二戊烯加氢反应活性的影响 .结果表明 ,在低温 (6 0℃ )和液相加氢条件下 ,硫化氢、二硫化碳、二甲基硫醚、二甲基二硫醚、硫醇及噻吩都能使强酸性树脂负载的Pd催化剂上异戊二烯加氢反应活性下降 ;随着硫化物含量的增加 ,异戊二烯加氢活性下降的程度增大 .在硫的质量分数相同 (8× 10 -6)的情况下 ,这些硫化物使催化剂失活程度的大小顺序为 :二硫化碳 >硫化氢 >二甲基二硫醚≈乙硫醇 >二甲基硫醚 >噻吩 .
The poisoning effect of several kinds of sulfur compounds on Pd/resin catalyst for hydrogenation of isoprene was studied by applying the ideal model mixture as a feed in a fixed-bed reactor with gas-liquid concurrent up-flow at 60 degreesC and 1.0 MPa. The results showed that all kinds of sulfur compounds have negative effect on the catalytic activity and the stability of Pd/resin catalyst for hydrogenation of isoprene, and the poisoning effect is more and more serious with the increase of sulfur concentration in the feed. It was showed that the sulfur compounds have different effects on the catalyst. For the sulfur compounds, the poisoning effects on Pd/resin catalyst are in the order of CS2>H2S>CH(3)SSCH(3)approximate toC(2)H(5)SH>CH3SCH3>thiophene, and thiophene has a little effect on the catalyst.
