摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定饲料中喹乙醇含量的方法 ;饲料用甲醇 -水提取 ,在380nm波长下检测 ,色谱柱为NOVA_PakC18(3.9mm×150mm ,4μm) ,流动相为甲醇 -水 (体积比为10∶90) ,流速为1.0mL/min ,喹乙醇质量浓度在2.5~20.0mg/L范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系 ,相对标准偏差为1.2 %~1.6 % ,回收率为97 %~101%。
A method for determination of olaquindox in feed is described by high performance liquid chromato_graphy. A baseline resolution of olaquindox with impurities was achieved on ODS column within 10 min by using methanol-water system(10∶90 by volume)as a mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and the eluate was monitored at λmax=380 nm. In the linear range of 2.5~20.0 mg/L the mass concentration of olaquindox has a good linearity with its peak area(r=0.998). A detection limit of 0.05×10-6(w, S/N=3), RSDs of 1.2%~1.6% and recoveries of 97%~101% for the method were obtained.
