摘要
采用GC -MS技术分析了川桂 (Cinnamomumwilsonii)皮挥发油的化学组成 ,共确定了其中42种化学成分与相对含量 ,占总组分相对含量的94.14 % ,其中有40种为萜类或其衍生物 ;研究结果显示 ,川桂皮油的主要成分为桉油素 (11.02 % ) ,1(10),4_杜松二烯 (10.21 % ) ,乙酸异龙脑酯 (6.30 % ) ,杜松醇 (5.53% ) ,桉叶油醇 (5.34% )等 。
Chemical constituents in volatile oil extracted from dried bark of Cinnamomum wilsonii Gamble were analyzed by GC-MS technique. 42 compounds were identified and their relative contents were determined by normalization method of areas. These constituents represent 94.14% of the total peak areas. 40 compounds of them belong to terpenoids or their derivatives. The main constituets are cineole(11.02%), cadina _ 1(10),4 _ diene(10.21%), isobornyl acetate(6.30%), cadinol(5.53%), eudesmol(5.34%), etc. The main constituents greatly differ from those in volatile oils from leaves of same plant and bark of Cinnamomum cassia Presl of same genus.
