含CaCl_2稀土氧化渣处理铁水的试验研究

Experiment and Investigation on Treatment of Molten Iron with RE-Oxide Slag Containing CaCl_2

考察了CaCl_2-RE_xO_y-Fe_xO渣在1450℃时处理铁水的效果;并与CaF_2-RE_xO_y-Fe_xO渣的作用进行了比较。结果表明,只要配比合适,在熔炼温度下,含CaCl_2渣的处理的综合效果优于含CaF_2渣。

The effects of treating melt with GaCl2-RExOy-FexO type slag at 1450X3 were examined in the laboratory and on-the-spot. In this paper a comparision of effects between CaCl2-RExOy-FexO and CaF2-RExOy-FexO type slag was made. The main conclusions are as follows, the treating result with CaCl2-containing slag of suitable composition is better than that with CaF2-containing slag.
