The local governments in-vests millions of RMB and large patches of land for use,because it has been widely predicted that only those citiesthat lay down superb logistics foundation can be prosper-ous in future.The logistics park managers, more like land agents,only sell lands to investors. They are not powerful enoughto settle logistics resources that is divided and occupied bydifferent interests groups. Now, it is apparent that logis-ties parks have become another big bubble.
