浅议中国加人WTO后施工企业的索赔工作

On the Claim Work of Construction Enterprises after China's Entering WTO

结合国际通用的FIDIC合同条款及中国加入WTO后建筑施工企业面临的形势 ,简要介绍工程索赔的意义、概念、起因及程序 。

Combining with the FIDIC universal clauses and the situation that construction enterprises face after China's entering WTO, this paper briefly introduces the significance, concept, cause and procedure of engineering claim. Moreover, some problems which enterprises should pay attention to in the claim work are also discussed.
