为降低汽车涂装过程中的“三废”排放,对国外一些先进国家的涂装技术进行了跟踪考察,从不同角度介绍了降低汽车涂装“三废”排放的技术及应用效果,重点介绍了应用无毒材料,减少废水、废渣及VOC的排放技术,并且结合我国实际情况提出了实现低成本降低涂装“三废”排放的途径。

In order to reduce emission of three kinds of flotsam in automotive painting,trace investigation on painting tech-nology in some advanced countries was conducted.From different point of view,technologies to reduce emission of three kinds of flotsam in automotive painting and its application were introduced,with emphasis on applying innoxious materials and reducing waste water,waste residue and VOC technolgy.Combined with our country practice the way to reduce cost and decrease emission of three kinds of flotsam was brought out.
