汽车变速器回转体零件CAPP系统的研究与开发

摘要 针对AutoCAD2000环境下,采用ARX编程开发汽车变速器回转体零件CAPP系统的方法进行了分析和讨论,并介绍了针对汽车变速器中的轴及齿轮零件的CAPP系统———BSXCAPP的工作原理和方法。该系统将零件信息分解为总体信息和特征要素信息,在零件信息输入的同时实现零件图形的参数化绘制;通过零件信息与工艺决策规则的匹配,自动生成零件的工艺路线和工序内容,并实现工序图的自动绘制;系统基于图形环境和数据库运行,满足了CAD/CAPP的集成要求。 Under AutoCAD2000environment ,a method used ARX to program CAPP system of revolving component in Automotive transmission was analyzed and discussed,the principle and method of BSXCAPP special for the CAPP system for shaft and gear components in automotive transmission are introduced.By this system,component information was divided into global information and feature information;when component information was input ,parameter drawing of component graph was implemented;by matching between component information and process decision -making,process line and working procedure content were automatic generated and working procedure graphs were automatically drawn;the system was running under graph environment and database and met require of CAD/CAPP.
