How to improve the expression of exogenes in transgenic plants is reviewed in this article. It inculde the improvement of the promoter, the modification of translated sequence, the use of signal peptide, the transformation of chloroplast and the suppression of transgenic silence. The inherited stability of exogenes in progenies and the transgenic plants'security appraise are also introduced.
