在概括 2 0世纪八九十年代我国观光农业发展特点的基础上 ,阐述了观光农业的内涵 ,认为观光农业属于农业范畴 ,以农业资源为基础 ,是传统农业和现代农业相结合的产物 ,旅游活动具有区域性和季节性 .与其他农业生产一样 ,观光农业以提高农民收入为目的 .城乡协调发展是观光农业的发展机制 ,特别是郊区城镇化是促进观光农业发展的主要动力 .观光农业的类型包括公园经营型、景点游览型。

Agriculture tourism bagan to develop observable in the middle of 1980′s.However,the developing speed slowed down in the late of 1900′s.One of the reason is that there several misunderstanding points which this paper deals with.;Agriculture tourism is a new type of agricluture instead of tourism.It is a mixture of traditonal and modern agriclture and develops on the base of agricultural resources.The tourism action changes with the time and area.Like other agricultural actions,the aim of is to increase the income of pesants.The development of runal and suburb region is the formation mechinism of agriculture tourism.It is the transforming of village to town that inspiriting up the development of agriculture tourism.The management models of agriculture tourism.include agriculture park,agriculture market,agriculture restoration and agriculture education school.
