摘要
分析了碳化物对CrWMn钢旋压轮使用寿命的影响,提出采用碳化物超细化处理的预处理工艺取代传统的球化处理工艺,使旋压轮的使用寿命大幅提高.
This article has analyzed the effect of carbide on lifespan of spin wheel made of CrWMn steel. The lifespan of spinning wheel has been increased greatly by using carbide ultra-fining per-treatment process which replaced the original globurizing process.
