摘要 生物微量元素硒与人类和动物的生命活动有重要关系.近年来大量资料证明,许多疾病与硒缺乏有关.本文总结了有关硒的生物学特性、硒对人体健康的影响及硒与机体的免疫作用,为微量元素硒的研究和今后的合理应用提供了科学依据. In recent years, more and more considerations are focused on the effect of selenium element on the human health. The biological properties of selenium element, effect of selenium on the human disease and immunity were reviewed in this article. It is anticipated that it would be helpful for providing guidance to the biological application and study of selenium element.
