摘要
程序法是在与实体法完全对应的关系中分为不同层次和部门的独立法系统。程序法和实体法的关系分为“实用”和“保障”两个层次。
This paper proposes the idea that adjective law is an independent law system that is subdivided into different levels and sections in an opposite relationship with material law.The relationship between adjective law and material law covers two levels:pragmatism and assurance.
