摘要
研制出适合于美国CD— 160 0型全自动血球计数仪溶血剂 ,选择出最佳季铵盐———进口氯化十二烷基三甲铵 ,其最适浓度为 3 5 g/L .Hb测定以HiCN方法为标准 ,用自配溶血剂和进口溶血剂分别对 98例临床全血标本进行对照测定 ,结果表明其WBC计数、WBC分类及其直方图高度相关 ,具有显著的相关性 (P <0 .0 1,r >0 .8) .两年多临床应用表明 ,自配溶血剂性能稳定 ,配制简便 。
This article describes the founding of dodecyltrimethyl ammonium chloride imported from Japan as a suitable material of lysing agent for CD 1600 Automated Hematology Analyzer, with its optimum concentration of 35g/L. The comparison with imported agent on 98 clinical blood samples shows that the WBC calculation and its variety are correlated to the height of histogram with its ratio as p<0.01, r>0.8 . The stability and simplicity of making in two years of clinics are easy for self making in most hospitals.
