A method for finding offset curves is presented.The offset curves are generated through image tracing,i.e.,tracing the boundaries of proper images.Contrasting to the complicated methods for finding offset curves with mathematical formula,the image tracing method is simple in principle, easy to control the resulted errors,and has no singular points in process.
