摘要
介绍了庆大霉素绛红小单孢菌突变株产生的天然色素的提取方法 ,并对该色素的重要理化性质进行了初步研究 .该色素的最大吸收峰在 5 0 0 nm和 5 1 0 nm,对光不太敏感 ,在强酸性环境和氧化剂中、较高温度、Na Cl和蔗糖条件下均显示红色 ,但在还原剂中和碱性条件下显示蓝色 ,可能是一种性能较好的天然色素 。
A method is described for drawing the natural pigment separated from a mutated vaccine. Some qualities of the pigment are researched. The maximal absorption peaks are at 500nm and 510nm. It is not sensible for light, and becomes red in acid, oxygen, high temprature, NaCl and sugar environments, but blue in alkali and reduction environments. So it may be valuable for industrial use as a natural pigment.
