Effects of the paulownia flower extract on the mycelial growth of Pleurotus ostreatus and Auricularia polytricha

用泡桐花浸液代替PDA培养基中的马铃薯 ,培养平菇和毛木耳菌丝体 ,结果表明 :平菇菌丝体生长较弱 ;毛木耳菌丝体生长良好 .2次传代培养 。

Cultivate the mycelial growth of Pleurotus ostreatus and Auricularia polytricha, using the paulownia flower extract instead of potato of the PDA medium.The results showed:the mycelial growth of Pleurotus ostreatus is thinner;Auricularia polytrichas is thicker .After two generation culture it shows the mycelial growth rate of Pleurotus ostreatus is improved markedly.
