生物法处理玉米糖废水的研究

Research on treatment of wastewater from corn sugar production by biological process

根据玉米糖废水的水质特点 ,选择厌氧—好氧主体工艺处理玉米糖废水 .运行结果表明 :在进水水质为CODCr≤ 10 15 1mg/L时 ,出水水质达到GB8979— 1996《污水综合排放标准》二级标准 .该处理工艺耐冲击负荷能力强 ,运行稳定 ,操作简单 ,基建和运行费用较低 .

According to the quality of wastewater from corn sugar production,anaerobic treatment and aerobic treatment are adopted to treat the wastewater and aerobic treatment are adopted to treat the wastewater from corn sugar making.The result is that the effluent quality can meet the overall sewage discharge standard of the second grade,when the influent has CODcr≤10151mg/L.The process has many advantages such as high ability,stability in running,simple in operation and low cost.It's worthwhile to popularize this process widely for treating wastewater of high concentration in food industry.
