摘要
采用准确、简便、快速的非水滴定法对依那普利拉进行含量测定,以冰醋酸-酸酐(35:5)为溶剂,喹哪啶红为指示剂,用高氯酸滴定液(0.1mol/L)进行非水滴定,结果准确,RSD=0.2％(n=5)
Enalaprilat assay was by nonaqueous titration method, using acetic acid-acetic anhydride (35 : 5) as solvent and quinaldine red as indicator. Enalaprilat was titrated with perchloric acid. The accuracy is 99. 8% , RSD=0. 2%(n = 5).
