摘要 为排除干扰性成分,准确、快速地用HPLC法测定阳春口服液中淫羊藿甙的含量.采用大孔吸附树脂(DA-201)吸附样品,以水、15%乙醇洗脱除去干扰成分,以70%乙醇洗脱液用于HPLC测定.用ID 4.6 mm×250 mm Hypersil 0DS柱,以甲醇-水(50:50)为流动相,在270 nm波长处测定.回归方程Y=1.826×105X-7.771×102,r=0.9996(n=5);平均回收率为98.22%(n=5),RSD=0.66%(n=5).精密度RSD=2.79%(n=6).该方法可行,重现性好,可用于阳春口服液制备中的质量控制. For eliminating disturbance of other ingredients, the conent of icarrin in the yangchun oral liquid was well and rapidly determined by HPLC. The sample was chromatographed on macroreticular resins (DA-201), the disturbing ingredients were washed with water and 15% alcohol, and elutriant with 70% alcohol was determined by HPLC. A 250× 4. 6 mm ID-Hypersil ODS column was used with methanol-water (50 : 50) as the mobile phase and detected at 270 nm. Regression equation Y=1. 826× 10sX- 7. 771 × 1 02 ,r= 0. 9996(n = 5). The coefficient of icarrin was less than 0. 66% (n= 5) and recovery was more than 98. 22% (n= 5). The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and precise, which can be used to control quality of the yangchun oral liquid.
