摘要
目的 :研究山生柳多糖的免疫作用。方法 :给小鼠ig山生柳多糖 ,测定胸腺重量、脾脏重量、炭粒廓清指数、血清抗SRBC抗体效价、血清溶血素、T淋巴细胞和淋巴细胞转化率。结果 :山生柳多糖使小鼠胸腺和脾脏重量明显增加 ;增加单核吞噬细胞的吞噬能力 ;提高血清抗SRBC抗体凝集效价 ;血清溶血素含量明显增加 ;外周血中T淋巴细胞百分比明显增加 ;淋巴细胞转化率提高。结论 :山生柳多糖对小鼠的非特异性和特异性免疫具有明显增强作用。
Objective: To study the immunity of Salix oritrepha. Methods: The Solution of Salix oritrepha polysaccharide in water was administered to mouse in order to determine weights of thymus and spleen of mouse, carbolic particle clearance index, antibody titer of serum against SRBC, serum hemolysin, T lymphocytes rate and lymphocyte transformation rate. Results: Salix oritrepha polysaccharide could increase weights of thymus and spleen of mouse, enhance phagocytic power of mononuclear phagocyte and increase antibody agglutination titer of serum against SRBC, the content of serum hemolysin has been increased apparently. The T lymphocytes percentage in peripheral blood and lymphocyte transformation rate has been also increased. Conclusions: Salix oritepha polysaccharide has apparent enhancement specific immunity and non specific immunity in mouse.
