补益强心方对正常麻醉犬心脏血流动力学的影响

The effects of Buyiqianxin Recipe (BYQXR) on cardiac haemodynamics

目的 :研究补益强心方对心脏血流动力学的影响。方法 :麻醉开胸犬iv补益强心方 10 0、2 0 0和 40 0mg/kg后 ,观察并记录一系列血流动力学指标。结果 :补益强心方有升高BP、减慢HR、增加CBF的作用 ,而对BBF、BR和CR无明显影响 ;给药后 ,LVSP、±LVdp/dtmax显著增加 ,LVWI和TTI先轻度增加 ,而后长时间明显降低 ,并有一定的量效关系。结论 :补益强心方对心功能不全伴心肌缺血患者可能有较好的治疗作用。

Objective: To study the effects of Buyiqianxin recipe, an experiential recipe, on cardiac haemodynamics. Methods: Some parameters of haemodynamics were examined in anesthetic dogs. Results: The CBF, BP, LVSP and ±LVdp/dt max, SV were increased as well the HR and TTI were decreased by intravesnous injection of the BYQXR of 100, 200 and 400mg/kg in normal anesthetic dogs, but the BBF?BR?CR?CO?CI and SI didn't be influenced. Conclusion: Effects of BYQXR on main parameters of haemodynamics were useful.
