当归芍药散的抗氧化作用研究

Experimental Studies on the Antioxidative Activity of Danggui Shsoyao San (DSS)

从抗氧化角度探讨了当归芍药散抗老年痂呆的作用机理。结果表明 ,当归芍药散能明显改善D 半乳糖诱导的亚急性衰老小鼠的学习记忆障碍 ,显著提高衰老小鼠和缺血 /再灌损伤大鼠脑、血清中SOD活力 ,降低MDA含量 ;在体外实验中 ,明显抑制脑过氧化脂质的生成 ,具有清除羟自由基。

We observed the antioxidative activity of DSS in various experiments. The results show that DSS could prolong the latency and decrease the error times of step down test in aged mice induced by D gal, which indicate that DSS could improve this memory disruption. Mean while it was found that DSS markedly elevated SOD activity, reduced MDA content in brain and serum in free radical injury mice induced by D gal, and by ischemia reperfusion. In vitro, DSS prossessed generally strong scavenging capacity on reactive oxygen radicals. [WT5”HZ]
