摘要
去雄黄牛黄解毒片ig 0 5、1 0和 2 0 g/kg连续 5天 ,高剂量组能显著降低流感病毒鼠肺适应株 (PR/8)对小鼠的致死率 ,延长其染毒后的平均存活时间 ;且高、中剂量组能明显抑制PR/8所致小鼠肺炎 ,降低其肺指数。本品的作用与等剂量的牛黄解毒片相当。
Niuhuang Jiedu Tablet (Realger Free) ig 2.0g/kg orally given for 5 days could significantly decrease the mortality rate of mice caused by Influenza virus lung adapted strain (PR/8), prolong the living time after infection. Given at 1.0 and 2.0g/kg, this drug could significantly inhibite the pulmonitis induced by PR/8 in mice and decrease pulmonary index. The effect is similar to that of Hiuhuang Jiedu Tablet at same dosage level. [WT5”HZ]
