摘要
目的 :以甲硝唑作为模型药物 ,探讨不同浓度的薄荷醇对药物透皮吸收影响的量效关系。方法 :采用两室扩散池体外实验装置 ,以兔皮为屏障 ,使用不同浓度的薄荷醇作为促透剂 ,测定甲硝唑的吸光度 ,并计算出其渗透系数。结果 :0 5~ 2 %浓度的薄荷醇对甲硝唑的促透作用呈线性关系 ,随着薄荷醇浓度的增加 ,甲硝唑的渗透系数也逐渐增大 ,但 4%浓度的薄荷醇促透作用反有所降低。同时发现 2 %薄荷醇可使甲硝唑的贮库效应增加 ,扩散时滞缩短。结论 :薄荷醇对药物促透作用的强弱并非与其浓度成正比例关系。
With metronidazole as a model drug, to investigate the concentration dependent realationship that l menthol with different of concentration affected the penetration acceleration of drug. [WT5”HZ]Methods:[WT5”BZ] Using rabbit skin as transdermal barrier, the absorbance of metronidazole was determinecl and its permdabilith was firger out with two cells diffusion apparatus in vitro, using different of concentration l menthol as transdermal enhancers. [WT5”HZ]Results:[WT5”BZ] there was a liner relationship at 0.5~2% l methol on penetration acceleration of metronidazole. Along with the concentration of l menthol increasing, the permeability of metronidazole increased gradualby too. But 4% l menthol could decrease the transdermal amount of metrodazole, and 2% l menthol could improve the clesposit function and sherten the Lag times (Tlag). [WT5”HZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ] The peretration acceleration of drugs has not the direct proportion realtion with the concentration of l mentrol. [WT5”HZ]
