摘要
目的 :研究苦参碱 (matrineMT)、氧化苦参碱 (oxymatrineOMT)、槐果碱 (sophocarpineSC)、槐定碱 (sophoridineSRI)四种苦豆子生物碱对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生肿瘤坏死因子的影响 ,来探讨它们的抗炎、调节免疫作用机理。方法 :用LPS刺激体外培养的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞 ,使之剂量依赖性地产生肿瘤坏死因子 ,观察四种苦豆子生物碱对巨噬细胞产生肿瘤坏死因子影响。结果 :在一定剂量范围内 ,四种苦豆子生物碱均能剂量依赖性地抑制巨噬细胞经LPS刺激产生TNFα。结论 :四种苦豆子生物碱均抑制小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞生成TNFα,这可能是它们抗炎、免疫调节作用的机制之一。
investigate the effect of matrine, oxymatrine, sophocarpine and sophoridine (SRI) on TNF α production by murine peritoneal macrophages stimulated with LPS. [WT5”HZ]Methods:[WT5”BZ] Proliferation of L929 cells was used to show the inhibitory effect of four alkaloids of Sophora alopecuroides on TNF α production by murine peritoneal macrophages and the MTT assay was employed. [WT5”HZ]Results:[WT5”BZ] Four alkaloids of Sophora alopecuroides were shown to inhibit TNF α production by murine peritoneal macrophages stimulated with LPS in a dose dependent manner. [WT5”HZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ] The results suggest that four alkaloids of Sophora alopecuroides can inhibit TNF α production by murine peritoneal macrophages, which is probably one of the mechanisms of the anti inflammatory effects of matrine, oxymatrine, sophocarpine and sophoridine. [WT5”HZ]
