摘要
本文以维甲酸引起的大鼠骨质疏松为模型 ,研究了人工虎骨的抗骨质疏松作用 ,并与天然虎骨进行了比较 ,结果表明人工虎骨能增加骨质疏松大鼠的血钙水平、提高骨密度、增加骨强度及韧性 ,同时减少骨吸收 。
This paper reports effect of artificial tiger bone powder on retinoic acid induced osteoporosis in rat. The results showed artificial tiger bone powder increased serum calcium, Improved bove mineral density, reduced the bone loss of osteoprotic rat, improved the biomechanic properties of bone. It is indicated artificial tiger bone powder is effective in preventing and treating osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid.
