The Experimental Study on Effects of Tongjiangweiling Tablets on the Gastrointestinal Function

通降胃灵 12、2 4g/kg灌胃给药能促进正常小鼠胃排空 ,拮抗多巴胺引起的胃排空抑制 ,促进小鼠小肠推进运动 ,该药 9、18g/kg灌胃给药可增加大鼠胃液分泌量 。

Oral administration of Tongjiangweilin tablets(TT) in doses of 12g, 24g/kg could improve gastric empty, antagonize the slowness of gastric empty caused by peritoneal injection of dopamine, and speed the propelling movement of intestine in mice. It also increased the secretion of gastric juce and raised the content of total acid and free acid in gastric juce when given orally in doses of 9g, 18g/kg in rats.
