摘要 目的 探讨应用弹性蛋白酶在短时间内诱发脑动脉瘤模型。方法 经兔颈总动脉壁外膜滴注不同浓度的弹性蛋白酶溶液 ,经 1~ 3d观察其对动脉壁的影响 ,筛选最有效的浓度 ,并制作囊性动脉瘤模型。结果 在动脉壁外膜滴注弹性蛋白酶于短时间内可诱发囊性动脉瘤 ,其诱发能力与浓度相关 ,其病理改变与人脑动脉瘤相近。 Objective To produce an animal model of cerebral aneurysm after a short period elastase application. Methods Different concentrations of elastase solution were inserted into the adventitia of rabbits'common carotid arteries.The influences on artery wall were observed for one to three days. The optimal concentration was selected for the model of saccular aneurysm. Results The saccular aneurysms animal model was produced after a short period of time of applying elastase. The ability to produce a aneurysm was related to the eleastase concentration. The pathologic changes of the induced aneurysms were similar to those of human aneurysm.Conclusions Elastase destruction plays a critical role in formation of aneurysm.
