摘要
在阻燃剂各类物质中,锑系和卤素系阻燃剂应用广泛,因为二者具有较强的协同增强阻燃作用,大大降低阻燃剂的用量,同时又能保证聚合物的阻燃性能及其它化学、机械性能.四溴苯酐(TBPA),其溴含量很高(69.9%,wt),作为反应型阻燃剂,可制得透明,阻燃效果良好的不饱和聚酯树脂.胶体Sb_2O_5,粒径为0.01—0.03μm。
Collodial Sb_2O_5 and TBPA as flame retardants for unsaturated polyesters can produce transparent resin with good flame retardance.The Synergistic action between Sb_2O_5 and TBPA was studied respectivelyto Oxygen Index, Burning Rate, Self-extinguishing time. A sound ratio,Sb_2O_:TBPA =1:2.32, was obtained from the experiments.
