摘要
研究振动对自锁的影响,提出动态自锁概念;对斜面存在沿任意确定方向的简谐振动时的斜面自锁问题进行了分析,建立了相应的动态自锁条件,阐明了其几何和物理意义,从中展示了有关的动态自锁规律;由所建立的动态自锁条件作出斜面动态自锁极限状态图,对斜面动态自锁条件给出了直观几何图示,并由极限状态图导出一种图解法,使所论斜面动态自锁问题通过简单作图就可获得解决。
This article researches the effect of vibration on self-locking and advances the concept of dynamic self-locking. First of all,we make a fairly detailed analysis for the subject on self-locking of a body upon an in-clined plane when the inclined plane has a simple harmonic vibrationalong an arbitrary definite direction. Corresponding condition for dynamicself-locking is established, its geometric and physical meanings are ex-pounded, and some laws concerning dynamic self-locking are revealedfrom this condition. According to above-mentioned condition, the limitingstate diagram for dynamic self-locking of a body upon an inclined planeis drawn out; it gives an audio-visual geometric graphing to the dynamicself-locking condition established. Lastly, on the basis of this diagrama graphic analysis method is developed, and the said subject on dynamicself-locking of a body upon an inclined plane may be perfectly solved bymeans of a simple drawing.
