5例孤立右心室发育不全的MRI和CAG诊断

MRI and CAG Diagnosis of 5 Cases of Isolated Right Ventricular Hypoplasia

目的 :评价MRI诊断孤立右心室发育不全 (IRVH)的价值 ,并与心血管造影 (CAG)对比研究。材料和方法 :共 5例IRVH患者均经手术证实。术前均行MRI和CAG检查。结果 :MRI横轴像显示小右室腔呈圆形改变 ;右室正位造影收缩期显示“瓶”样右室。右室流入道缩小 ,小梁部缺如及发育正常的流出道是影像改变的病理基础。结论 :MRI是诊断IRVH的有效方法 ,术前诊断仍需行CAG检查 ,“瓶”

Purpose:To assess the diagnostic value of MRI and CAG in isolated right ventricular hypoplasia (IRVH).Materials and Methods:5cases with IRVH confirmed by operation were examimed by MRI and CAG preoperation.Results:The typical contour of the small right ventricular cavities showed round pattern on MR axis imaging;from the anteroposterior position of CAG? the right ventricular cavities revealed 'bottle pattern'because of a small inflow portion, a normal outflow tract and the absence of a trabeculated apical portion.Conclusion:MRI is a noninvasive and effective method for evaluating the anatomical features of IRVH.The 'bottle'pattern cavity of a right ventricle of IRVH is a characteristic change in CAG which should be peformed before operation.
