摘要 目的 :从电子显微镜水平探讨听神经瘤的超微病理、组织学来源及其生物学特性。材料和方法 :听神经瘤临床活检标本 3 1例 ,畸形胎儿正常听神经颅内段组织 1例 ,常规电镜样品制备 ,半薄切片光学显微镜检查及超薄切片电镜检查。结果 :肿瘤主质细胞有两种类型 ,其中一类细胞为梭形 ,胞浆少而细胞突起细长 ,胞浆内可见板层体结构 ;另一类细胞形态不规则 ,胞浆宽大细胞器丰富。肿瘤间质中常可见长间距胶原纤维 (Lusebody)。结论 :人类听神经瘤的细胞来源于神经外胚层的雪旺氏细胞 ,AntoniA型及B型两种组织结构与肿瘤体积大小及瘤组织变性与否无关 ;B型肿瘤间质中血管变化显著。 Purpose: To explore the histological origin and biological characteristics of acoustic neurinoma on ultrastructural basis. Materials and Methods: 31 biopsied acoustic neurinoma and 1 sample of the intracranial part of acoustic nerve from a deformed fetus were observed after embedding,semithin section and ultrathin section. Results: There are two types of tumor cells and a constant layer of basomembrane on surface of those cells. One cell line was characterized by fusiform structure and little cytoplasm. Its cellular process was thin and long,tangling into myelin. The other cell type had irregular shape and abundant cytoplasm and organelles. Luse body was frequency observed. Conclusion: The results revealed that the tumor cells of acoustic neurinoma derived from Schwanns cell of nerve ectoderm.The tumor cell types of Antoni A and Antoni B are the inherent ingredient of this tumor, which have nothing to do with the size and the degerenation of tumors cells. The variation of vessel is more evident in Antoni B type.
