摘要
研究了由制浆造纸废液中木质素制取高脱色力活性炭的工艺过程.结果表明,采用低压酸水解炭化ZnCl_2活化法,1000kg苇浆造纸的黑液可制取260kg左右的粉状活性炭,活性炭的碘值>1000mg/g,亚甲基兰值>180ml/g,其它指标符合林业部LY216-79标准。
The manufacturing process of high decolorizing abilityactivated carbon from lignin in pulp and paper waste liquor was investi-gated.Results show that about 260 kg powdered activated carbon can bemade from one ton reed pulp and paper black liquor.Iodine number ofactivated carbon is more than 1000 mg/g.Methylene blue number of activa-ted carbon is more than 180 ml/g. Other quality indexes can meet the standardof LY216-79 proclaimed by the ministry of forestry.
