摘要
利用转移矩阵方法,研究了一系列一维准周期体系的电子性质,该一维准周期体系由递推关系S_(t+1)={S_l^(2j-1),S_(l-1)^(2i)}构造,其中l≥1,i和j为正整数,而初始条件为S_0和S_1,研究发现,该一维准周期体系中存在延展的电子态。
Electronic properties of a class of one-dimensional quasi-periodic systems are studied by using transfer matrix method. Thesequasiperiodic systems are generated by the recursion relation S_(l+1)=S_l^2(j-1),S_(l-1)^(2i) with initial conditions S_0 and S_1, in which l≥1, and i and j arepositive integers. It is found that there are extended electronic states inthe quasiperiodic systems.
